“I had an excellent experience with Polar Bear Auto Air. Scott was available on a Sunday and came to my house. He and Wes checked to see if adding coolant would fix the problem. It helped but the compressor was not functioning properly. The had the replacement compressor the following day and had it installed before the end of the day. The AC in my almost 20 year old Mercedes is blowing cold air and working better than it has in years. Scott kept me informed and was very responsive to my concerns. Always a live human answer or text. No voicemail or automated message. Excellent service and they delivered what they promised. Price was fair compared to what was available for comparison and much, much less than the dealer service. I recommend them if you need auto air repair or service.”
